Many of my clients are seeking therapy for the first time. It’s a big step - and a brave step - to recognize that you might need support in your journey. You have already made it so far!
The clients I work with are capable, high-achieving professionals, parents, and students who look “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, conflicted, or unsure of themselves inside.
Over the course of our work together, clients often notice that they feel more grounded, clearer about their needs, and more confident navigating relationships. They begin making choices from a place of self-acceptance rather than fear.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to determine if I am a good fit to meet your needs.

Our First Session
Our first session will be a chance for you to share general information about yourself and your goals for therapy, to set the context and direction for the deeper work we may do together.

Goal Setting
In our initial sessions, we will gain greater clarity about your goals as we begin to establish a therapeutic relationship and go beyond the surface in what is bringing you to therapy.
4.
Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing sessions are where we go deeper to look at patterns, beliefs, experiences and explore opportunities and actions for change.
