A Safe Space to Be Authentically You
Therapy to support South Asians in balancing the needs of the self, family, community and culture
Do you feel caught between who you are and who you’re expected to be?
Do you want to live more authentically, but feel guilt, fear, or self-doubt when you try?
Together, we will explore patterns shaped by culture, family dynamics, and past experiences. We’ll work on building self-trust, setting boundaries that feel possible, and learning how to sit with guilt without abandoning yourself.

I specialize in working with South Asians, immigrants, and people from collectivist cultures who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and cultural identity stress.
In our work together, you don’t have to explain cultural norms, gender expectations, or why family approval carries so much weight. I understand the tension of holding multiple identities and the emotional cost that can come with it.
I strive to practice therapy from a multicultural, anti-oppression, social justice lens.
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”

My Approach
My approach is warm, relational, and active. I’m not a sit-back-and-nod therapist. I’m engaged in the process with you as we explore the experiences, values and beliefs that have shaped you and make you who you are. I support you to identify and work through the blocks that are keeping you from honoring and embodying your authentic self.
